We sell Physiospect hardware-software systems with free courier delivery to any country in the world. Terms of delivery DAP (Incoterms 2010) – it means, that our company fully pays for transportation and custom clearance in Russia. Custom clearance in the country of destination (if necessary) is paid by the customer. On average, the delivery time of the complexes is from 5 to 15 working days. The shipment is usually provided on the next business day after receiving the payment.
Warranty service of Physiospect hardware-software systems (or complexes under the trademarks of distributors) is carried out within 2 years after the purchase in a service center in Moscow. If a malfunction is detected during the warranty period, Akcept and K company will replace both the accessories, and the complex as a whole (depends on the malfunction). Warranty does not cover damage caused by violation of the operating instructions, damage due to negligent handling (bumps and falls, liquid penetration) and due to improper connection of the device to the USB port of the computer.

Delivery of the damaged complex from the customer to the service center is carried out by the at the expense of the buyer. Delivery of the complex after repair to the customer is carried out by the forces and at the expense of the manufacturer. The maximum warranty repair period is 30 calendar days, but, as a rule, it does not exceed 3-5 working days. If we decide to exchange the device to a new one, shipment is provided immediately after the tests of the complex.
Akcept and K company is constantly improving and releasing diagnostic complexes of new generations, following new trends in the development of electronic components, operating systems and software. Therefore, at the expiration of the warranty period, any buyer can replace the previously purchased complex with a new generation model with a discount of up to 50% or, in case of any malfunctions, get a service of preferential post-warranty repair, adjustment and testing of the complex at the lowest price. At the same time, the delivery of the complex to the service center and the return to the buyer from the service center are carried out at the expense of the customer.
